Transforming the way organisations engage with their audiences

Synamedia, the world's largest provider of video solutions for pay TV operators, wanted to create a digital campaign to promote their new data analysis product, Clarissa. They found that too often companies would make assumptions about different audience groups that did not accurately reflect reality. Synamedia wanted to emphasise the importance of data analytics when creating optimised and personalised video experiences for customers by highlighting the variety within their audiences interests.

Illustrating the unexpected

Our aim was to defy expectations and stereotypes by demonstrating just how varied and sometimes unexpected audiences' interests are. We deliberately chose a humorous approach, using collage to create characters that were split in the middle, each half doing a different activity. These exaggerated scenarios showcased audiences uniqueness and individuality in a joyful way. The use of bold colours and patterns, further added to the playful, flip book style of the campaign.
